Organize your content
Showpad uses the concept of content profiles. The way you organize your documents is saved as a content profile. You can create as many content profiles as you like. For example one for your sales people, one for a specific exposition, one for the showroom, etc.

Tailored icons

The Content Manager features a push notification service which allows you to send out an alert message to (some members of) your sales team whenever you want to notify them of a content update. With the push of a button the update gets downloaded.

Create personalized catalogues
While browsing your content, mark photos and documents as customer's interests. At the end of the session, turn those interests into a personalized catalogue and mail or print it.
Create quotes
Add a pricelist to your content, indicate the VAT percentage, and you can start making quotes on the tablet. When finished, mail it instantly to your (potential) customer or print it over the air.
Add notes
PDF documents can be annotated. Write a note, mark a specific section or highlight some features before you add the PDF-page to a personalized catalogue.
Gather contact data
Save the contact data (or whatever customer data is relevant to you) together with the catalogue and quote you might have created.
Switch content profiles
User accounts with access to multiple content profiles can switch between these profiles on-the-fly. No internet connection needed.
Export and synchronize
Export contacts
Export (.CSV) the list of contacts stored on your iPad, and import it into your own system or into a MS Excel or iWorks spreadsheet.
Synchronize
Send contact information along with quote and personalized catalogue from the iPad to the Content Manager and get all contacts centralized and backed up.
