Showpad Introduces Outlook Email Plugin
Plugin is the latest to provide native application support for Showpad clients
SAN FRANCISCO, GHENT, NOV. 29, 2016
Showpad, the world’s most powerful sales enablement platform, is releasing today a native Outlook plugin to selected clients, with a wider rollout planned by year-end.
The plugin is the latest in a series of integrations Showpad has completed over the last year. With this integration, Outlook email users will be able to easily find and share sales and marketing collateral with clients and prospects.
“Showpad’s ultimate goal is to ensure sales teams can more easily share and measure content in whatever email platform they prefer,” said Louis Jonckheere, co-CEO and co-founder of Showpad. “The enormous success of our Gmail plugin emphasized we should be where our clients work every day — and that’s their email program of choice. Outlook is central to how a number of our clients work, and this support will only increase their sales’ effectiveness.”
Recipients will view any content sent through the plugin in a branded environment, and reps will know exactly which content they have viewed, down to the individual page.
As part of the Showpad platform, the Outlook plugin can also provide:
- Easily searchable and full access to all their company’s content gathered on Showpad.
- Sales reps will also be able to upload their own favorite content within Outlook.
- Real-time notifications when a prospect opens, shares, downloads or forwards shared content. These valuable insights reveal which information prospects are most interested in and who the stakeholders are in the decision-making process. That way, salespeople can successfully time and tailor their follow-up communications and quickly push a deal to the next stage in the sales cycle.
