Showpad is the first sales enablement platform listed as a Featured Work app on the Google Play for Work store. The app store is the official platform for searching and finding enterprise Android apps that boost employee efficiency and productivity. With a host of analytics, Showpad users can immediately and easily see what content is being used and has the biggest impact on the sales process.
“Our team works hard to ensure our mobile app is easy-to-use and provides the best native experience possible, whether on Android or any other mobile platform,” said Pieterjan Bouten, co-CEO of Showpad. “I’m thrilled Showpad is featured on the Google Play for Work store.”
Showpad was selected on criteria that include:
- Ease of Use: By ensuring a native operating system experience regardless of platform, Showpad makes it simple for any user to share and present content with clients and prospects.
- Managed profiles: Showpad admins can isolate data contained within the app from users’ personal apps by creating a work profile. With this setting, Showpad data is managed while users are free to control all other configurations on their device.
- Remote configuration: Showpad allows IT admins to remotely configure the app on users’ mobile phones. Admins can enforce needed security policies — like disabling printing or blacklisting specific URLs on a web browser.
- Corporate-owned, single-use devices (COSU): Showpad allows IT admins to lock Showpad on a user’s screen so users cannot leave the app via a Home or Recent Apps button.
