Sunny Chauhan joined Showpad in 2022, as the organization’s VP of Inclusive Employee Experience. In this role, Sunny is responsible for facilitating the overall employee experience philosophy that attracts, develops, and retains top talent globally across the Showpad on-site, hybrid, and remote workforces.
She believes deeply in the power of enabling great people—with differing backgrounds and perspectives—to do great things by cultivating a culture of belonging, transparency, empowerment, and accountability. Her international experience spans software, retail, and advertising, holding global HR leadership roles with responsibility for talent management, total rewards, HR business partner practice, and HR operations in the US, Canada, UK and Ireland.
Sunny earned her Bachelor Degree in Psychology from the University of Toronto, and her Certificate in Human Resources from the Sheridan Institute of Technology in Oakville, Ontario.
Sunny is married and the proud mother of two “fur babies” in Chicago. She is an avid traveller and loves to cook and host dinner parties for loved ones. She also is a self proclaimed “terrible tennis player” who loves running around tennis courts—weather permitting, of course.
