Gartner, Inc. delivers actionable, objective insight to executives and their teams. Gartner recently released the August 2021 Market Guide for Sales Enablement Platforms, naming Showpad as a Representative Vendor.

According to the report, “Gartner estimates that revenue in the sales enablement market came to $1.7 billion in 2020, an increase of approximately 12.1% over the prior year.” Additionally, Gartner predicts that “by 2025, 80% of B2B sales interactions between suppliers and buyers will occur in digital channels.”

As organizations gear up to meet the demands of buyers in the Modern Selling era, they are increasingly looking to adopt a complete revenue enablement platform as part of their core tech stack. This trend is likely to persist, as more organizations continue to thrive working digitally and in hybrid workplaces.
