Showpad is the second company Pieterjan has founded. In 2010 he co-founded the mobile development agency, In The Pocket and still serves on its board. Prior to In The Pocket, Pieterjan held senior roles at Netlog and Accenture and holds masters degrees in both Communication Sciences and International Business.
Showpad is also the second company Louis has founded. He and his co-founder, Pieterjan, founded the mobile development agency, In The Pocket in 2010, where Louis still serves on the board. Prior to In The Pocket, Louis was a Strategic Partnership Manager at Netlog, where he first met Pieterjan. Louis also holds masters degrees in both Law and Business.
Peter started his journey by building web apps for MTV, then helped kickstart the mobile development company In The Pocket as Lead Developer. As Showpad's technical co-founder, he wrote the first line of code of our platform.
Prior to Showpad, Emma joined from Silicon Valley "unicorn" AppDynamics where she built the EMEA marketing team before moving to the US to lead the global programs teams and marketing operations. Other companies where Emma held marketing leadership positions include Webroot, SurfControl/Websense and Bluewolf.
Chris has more than 15 years of experience in leading development teams at companies like Fifthplay, Technicolor and Sopra Steria. He is an experienced technical manager skilled with navigating both cultural and technical differences and is a strong believer of agile methodology.
Before joining Showpad, Kyle was at Google as Head of Sales for Google Analytics Premium. Previously, Kyle ran a worldwide team at Oracle as Sr. Director of MySQL sales and has also worked at Salesforce.com. Kyle holds an MBA from Santa Clara University.
Before joining Showpad, Hendrik held different positions in Sales and Marketing at Procter & Gamble. After a stint in consulting at Bain & Company he enrolled in the MBA program at Harvard Business School. Upon graduating, he joined Showpad as Chief of Staff to the CEO. Hendrik now manages the sales team in EMEA.
In order to earn money to tour with his band, David out-performed in several commercial positions. In 2012, he became a rock star at Showpad, where he built and scaled the sales team from scratch. His extraordinary view on sales makes him an impressive mentor who drives growth in EMEA.
Antoine has an extensive background in building and scaling success teams for enterprise organizations. Prior to Showpad, he worked at Egnyte, Salesforce, SumTotal Systems, and Affymetrix.
Prior to Showpad, Jacob had several finance roles at Nuance Communications and Profource. While serving those companies, he did several international assignments. Jacob holds a master degree in Business Economics.
Peter is responsible for attracting, developing, and engaging the best people at Showpad. Previously, he was Chief People Officer at Real Impact Analytics and Director Human Capital Europe at Russell Reynolds in London. In the US, he worked at the HQ of a semiconductor company. Peter holds a law and business degree.
Jeff Horing has been a co-founder and managing director at Insight Venture Partners since 1995. Under his leadership Insight has become a premier venture capital and private equity firm with over $8 billion in committed capital for growth investments in software and internet businesses. Jeff has invested in more than 30 companies, notably AirWatch (acquired by VMware), Greenfield Online (IPO, later acquired by Microsoft) Shutterstock (IPO), Teamviewer (acquired by Permira) and WIX (IPO Nasdaq: WIX).
Norman co-founded Dawn Capital. He has invested in several of Europe's leading SaaS companies including Mimecast and Order Dynamics, and in B2B/B2C ecommerce companies Gelato Cloud and Miinto. Prior to Dawn, Norman was Partner at Reuters Plc’s global technology VC fund. Norman is a graduate of Stanford University and holds an MBA from INSEAD business school.
Barend founded Hummingbird Ventures in 2010. As Managing Partner, he oversees all aspects of fund and investment management. In addition to Showpad, he currently serves on the board of directors of Markavip and Taxibeat. Previously he was on the board of directors at Shutl (acquired by Ebay), Clear2pay (acquired by FIS), Data Center Technologies (acquired by Symantec) and Dedigate (acquired by Terremark Inc.).
