Program Guide

The Showpad Partner Certification Program deepens our collaboration with our global partner community, allowing us to work better together and create greater value for our shared customers.  Our program is designed to train and support you, our partners, to offer best-in-class services and solutions that complement the Showpad Enablement Operating System (eOS) and achieve your business goals.

Certification Types

Today our program offers 2 certification options depending on our partner’s business goals and qualified resources.

• App Development Certification
  • The Showpad App Development Partner Certification program includes access to the Showpad Developer Portal, documentations, study guides, video tutorials, online courses, exercises, case studies and exams. 
  • Participants will be trained on our APIs, webhooks, integrations and software development kit (SDK) to successfully build and deploy Showpad Apps that enhance the B2B experience and ROI of the seller, marketers and buyers alike.

• Implementation Certification
  • The Showpad Implementation Partner Certification program includes online training, live virtual workshops and course exams, as well as supplemental support and office hours – all aimed at giving participants the expertise necessary to deliver optimal customer experience when implementing Showpad products.
  • We will cover Showpad Content, Showpad Coach, configuration, integrations, case studies and other relevant implementation project materials.

Certification Fee

• Showpad does not charge any fee for Partner Certification at this time.

Certification Requirements

• The partner must sign the Showpad Partner Master Agreement.
• The partner must complete the preliminary Showpad Partner Onboarding process.

Certification Validity

• Showpad Partner Certifications are generally valid for 2 years, but the validity period is subject to change.
• Certifications can be renewed upon completion of the required refresher course.
• From time to time – for example, following a major product release – Showpad may require supplementary online courses to maintain certification.
