Phil Yennaco

Phil Yennaco is the Chief of Staff at Showpad, where he partners closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to drive organizational alignment, lead strategic transformation initiatives, and establish a high-performing operating rhythm across the business.

With more than 16 years of experience across sales, marketing, go-to-market strategy, business operations, and transformation, Phil has a proven track record of leading enterprise-wide initiatives that accelerate customer growth, expand market reach through strategic partnerships, and improve customer retention.

Phil spent over a decade at Mimecast during a period of sustained high growth, contributing to an average of 25% year-over-year growth and playing a key role in the company’s transition to a $5.8 billion private acquisition in 2021. During his tenure, he led and supported multiple transformation efforts across the business, including operational strategy, M&A activity, rebranding and product launches, and international expansion. Phil was instrumental in shaping and executing the company’s global growth strategy, helping expand operations into more than 40 new countries and markets through strategic partnerships.

Outside of work, Phil enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He is also passionate about staying active—whether exercising, hiking, or playing pickup basketball—and makes the most of his commutes by listening to audiobooks.
