Recognition in the software industry is a funny thing.
Detractors will claim that it’s all pay-to-play (not true), purely analyst- or advisor-led (well they are talking to and providing a service to your key buyers), or based on criteria so opaque you’d need a decoder ring to figure out why one vendor beat another (we’ve all seen these before).
That’s why I want to talk about this one report differently.
The Showpad team and I are honored to be named a Gartner® Peer Insights™ Customers’ Choice for Revenue Enablement Platforms. And unlike most recognition in this space, this one wasn’t decided in a vacuum. It was decided by 147 verified customers during the report analysis period who took time out of their day to write a review.
That’s the highest review volume among any vendor in the report. And across those 147 reviews, Showpad earned a 4.7 out of 5 overall rating as of March 2026. Wow! We have amazing customers!
Volume is a signal most people overlook
What we have here is a real, statistically-significant cross-section of customers that matter: manufacturing leaders, healthcare organizations, services companies, enterprises around the world. Many of Showpad’s reviewers came from manufacturing organizations specifically, which says something meaningful about where Showpad is the revenue effectiveness foundation and why.
When this many people take their own time to write down what they think of your product, you’re seeing something very close to real-world truth in the field.
Why Voice of Customer is different from a Magic Quadrant
There’s an important distinction worth making here.
The Gartner Magic Quadrant™ gives enterprise technology shoppers an unbiased assessment of how well competing providers are performing against Gartner market view and is supplemented by validated user reviews.
The Gartner Peer Insights Voice of the Customer report is different. It’s a direct aggregation of what buyers experienced — after the demo, after the sales cycle, after implementation, after the first 12 months of using the product. Gartner Peer Insights recognizes vendors who meet or exceed both the market average Overall Experience and the market average User Interest and Adoption score through a Customers’ Choice distinction.
For buyers doing due diligence, that distinction matters. Customer reviews and feedback do factor into analyst reports. But this recognition is based purely on what’s coming from the proverbial horse’s mouth (and to us, our customers are champions!)
What field sellers actually need — and why generic AI misses it
Here’s where I’ll add some color that doesn’t usually make it into the press release.
We feel the customers writing reviews for Showpad aren’t evaluating us against a demo they saw. They’re evaluating us against the reality of their jobs. And the reality of field sales in complex industries is brutal: thousands of product SKUs, constantly changing regulations, buyer conversations that require deep, specific knowledge across multiple personalities. When you’re a medical device rep 20 minutes before a hospital call, or a manufacturing sales engineer trying to quote a complex configuration — the revenue enablement platform you rely upon matters.
Case in point, here’s just some of the feedback you wrote…
Showpad has been an exceptional partner to our Global Sales Enablement team – not just a provider of a platform, but a vendor that clearly understands the realities of enablement and selling. Overall, it’s rare to find a vendor that combines a strong product, a clear vision, and a customer-centric approach so well. Showpad really delivers in all three.

This is why we do what we do at Showpad. It’s so good to hear that customers agree it’s working for them and their business.
The part that’s easy to miss
One figure in the Showpad vendor summary stood out to me beyond the rating itself: Support Experience scored 4.6 out of 5.
That’s not a product score. That’s a people score.
In enterprise software, the gap between “great product” and “great experience” is almost always closed — or torn back open — by the support a customer receives from their vendors. When a complex field sales organization is trying to roll out a new platform across 500 reps in three countries, the product is only part of what they’re buying. They’re also buying the people who respond when something goes sideways.
In our opinion the fact that support scored that high, across that many reviews, is the part I’d highlight to any customer in an active evaluation. It says something about how Showpad operates, not just what it builds.
What this recognition means for buyers evaluating the market
If you’re a sales enablement leader, a revenue operations leader, or a Chief Revenue Officer trying to navigate a crowded market, here’s my honest read on what this recognition should tell you. Showpad isn’t about being the loudest voice in the room. What we’ve done is build a platform that works for the people who actually use it — in the field, in the middle of a complex sale, in industries where getting it wrong has real consequences.
Our customers have confirmed that. On Gartner Peer Insights, where the reviews are verified and the methodology is public. That’s the kind of validation that actually means something.
