Before Showpad, Zehnder Group Belgium stored all sales materials on a shared server. Sellers on the road had no reliable way to access what they needed.

“It was very difficult for everyone to find the right documents,” says Danielle Kucera, Head of Global Content at Zehnder.

At trade shows like Batibouw — where the team interacts with 300 to 400 contacts per day — the lack of a centralized system made it easy to lose track of who received what and who still needed follow-up.

Showpad is now managed internally by Zehnder’s product management team. When a new leaflet or document is created, the old version is removed and replaced — so sellers always have the most up-to-date information, whether at their desk or in the field.

For major events like Batibouw, the team prepares dedicated channels within Showpad so sales managers can find exactly what they need without searching.

The shift to digital content has had an immediate effect on costs. Zehnder now sends the majority of materials digitally rather than printing them — reducing expenses and environmental impact.

But the bigger win is visibility. At high-volume events where hundreds of conversations happen daily, Showpad’s tracking keeps the team organized.

“At events like this, where we interact with hundreds of people every day — between 300 and 400 contacts — it’s easy to lose track,” says Kucera. “But Showpad’s tracking system helps us stay organized. We can see what information we’ve sent and follow up with people we haven’t heard back from.”
