As Showpad CEO, Apratim Purakayastha (AP) led the merger of two software pioneers — Showpad and Bigtincan — with a shared heritage in field enablement. He brings a proven track record of delivering strong operating performance and financial results throughout his 25-plus-year career in leadership roles within the software sector. Most recently, he served as General Manager of Talent Development Solutions at Skillsoft, where he oversaw a $400 million enterprise subscription business, as well as millions of CodeAcademy consumer learners. He also served as the Chief Product Officer and Chief Technical Officer while at Skillsoft. Previously, Apratim was the Chief Operating Officer of Sumtotal, Group President of ACI Worldwide, and spent his early career at IBM.

Bernd Leger
CMO of Showpad
Bernd Leger serves as the CMO of Showpad, leading all areas of the company’s global marketing function. With more than 25 years of leadership experience in the global technology industry, Bernd has a proven track record of driving double- and triple-digit revenue growth across a variety of SaaS organizations. Before joining Showpad, Bernd served as CMO at Cornerstone OnDemand, Mimecast, and Nexthink, and held marketing leadership roles at Checkmarx, CloudLock (acquired by Cisco), Rapid7, and Veracode. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Munich and has completed studies at Georgetown University.

Potoula Chresomales
CPO of Showpad
Potoula Chresomales oversees Product, Product Design and Product Strategy at Showpad. Before Showpad, Potoula was SVP of Product Management at Skillsoft, where she launched the award-winning Percipio platform and pioneered AI-driven features like the AI Role Advisor. A seasoned leader in scaling ecosystems, she integrated three acquisitions, founded the Skillsoft Design Partner Program, and served as executive sponsor for the Women’s Initiative (WINS). Her career spans leadership roles at Kaplan, The College Board, and JP Morgan Chase, and she currently sits on the board of Reach the World. Recognized as a Top 100 HR Tech Influencer, Potoula holds an MBA from Dartmouth and a BS from NYU.
