FAQ: What does it involve?

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for all kinds of Showpad solution users. If you use Showpad in any way, you’re precisely what we’re looking for 🙂

What will I be doing during research?

We run different types of research. Currently, all of them are remote studies.

Some studies will be moderated, some not. But before every study, we’ll inform you about all the details.

The most popular studies we run are:

  • Usability studies – We’ll ask for your feedback about our solutions during sessions with our moderator or via tool testing (unmoderated studies). All you need is an Internet connection.
  • Surveys – We will send you a survey form to fill in.
  • Interviews – We will meet in 1:1 sessions where our moderator will ask you some questions and/or test our new or existing product and ask you for feedback.

How long does it take?

It depends on the study type, but in general between 15 and 90 minutes. We try to be flexible when it comes to the sessions’ time to give you a choice between several time slots.

When will you contact me?

Sometimes you may be invited to fill in a survey, and sometimes we’ll ask you to test our platform or tell us more about the way you work, so we can better understand how our tools can better support you. Unfortunately, we can’t tell you when exactly that will happen. As soon as we begin a study that is a good match for you, we’ll be in touch.
