Krysta Gates

As the VP of Global Sales Development at Showpad, Krysta Gates leads the global BDR team – a role that is critical to driving the company’s growth and go-to-market strategy. This team is responsible for outbound prospecting, fielding inbound leads, and creating demand – all with the objective of generating pipeline for Showpad.

Krysta has a background in sales development, and brings with her to Showpad over eight years of experience building and operationalizing infrastructure and programs designed to onboard, train, and promote mid- and junior-level sales development representatives and managers. Most recently, Krysta was the Head of Sales Development at Onfido where she scaled and restructured the global SDR program from ten sales development representatives and one manager to a global team of over 40 sales development representatives and four managers.

Krysta is a graduate of Purdue University and currently resides in NYC with her husband. Together, they love to explore all of the parks, restaurants, and museums the city has to offer. Krysta manages the incredible feats of both cooking and gardening within her “small” NYC apartment, and is passionate about charcuterie boards, traveling, and running.
