Marcel Halfen
Marcel is working in Sales Excellence and digitalization of sales processes since 7 years at PERI. PERI is a construction supplier and so called “Hidden Champion” delivering formwork, scaffolding and engineering services worldwide. With 1.5 bn € revenue in 2020 PERI is the worlds largest formwork and scaffolding supplier and innovation leader.
During his industry career he has developed numerous sales force automation and digitalization topics in B2B direct sales. Since 2020 he is looking after the corporate Sales Excellence department striving to build the best in class sales force in the industry. In his role he is combining the elements of Sales Strategy & Steering, Pricing, CRM and Sales Enablement. Marcel will give us insights in the exciting world of a German Hidden Champion and their transformation of digital sales.
Marcel is based in Ulm, in southern part of Germany. He holds a degree in Information Engineering and Management and is a certified Change Management Practitioner.
