Mary Beth Carroll
Mary Beth Carroll is the Manager of Sales Enablement Training at TriNet since 2012. Her team handles all the New Hire and Field Sales training for their entire organization. Her background has always been in the Sales world, whether it was selling or being involved with the training side. She has always been passionate about sales because she knew she could make a difference in someone’s success through training and coaching. Her career at TriNet has been extremely rewarding to watch the New Hire Program evolve year after year and celebrate the success of Sales Consultants who make it to President’s Club and Sales who are successful in their careers. This year has been quite a challenge with implementing “New Hire and Sales Consultant Virtual Training” that has always been done in a live environment. This definitely takes our jobs to a whole new level. Mary is also a member of the Sales Enablement Society in Seattle, but she just moved to Minneapolis so is looking forward to connecting with that chapter!
