Mette Augustesen is part of Implements Commercial Excellence team and has a key role in building and leveraging customer insights. She has strong analytical competences and 15+ years of building a clear understanding of customer’s needs & pains and transforming it into business potential. Mette has helped numerous companies optimising Customer Experience, by e.g. designing customer journeys, segmenting customers, identifying winning value propositions – always with the perspective of bridging the outside-in perspective with the inside-out. Furthermore, Mette has several years’ experience developing analytical and business intelligence teams, in regards to leadership, project management and executing client projects.
