Mo Schlick

For more than 14 years, Mo Schlick has supported corporate sales teams with a focus on Sales Enablement, Sales Learning, and Sales Leadership Development.  She began her corporate career as an Instructional Designer for ADP’s award-winning Sales Leadership Academy designing a tenure-progressive learning curriculum for Sales Managers. In 2010, she was lead designer for ADPs worldwide sales transformation and joined ADP’s first Sales Enablement team becoming certified in creating original sales-owned messaging for business units across the globe. In 2013, Mo rounded out her experience in learning and enablement moving on to other diverse organizations like One Call Care Management and YP where she served as Director of Sales Enablement and Director of Sales Messaging, respectively. In 2016 she consulted at Bloomberg, LP to create sales-specific messaging training before joining FIS in 2017 as the Director of Global Sales Operations and Enablement for their Capital Markets division. Today, Mo is in a specialized cross-divisional role at FIS focused on building Sales Advisory Boards to drive strategic Sales Learning and Enablement goals and priorities.
