Paco León Lerma is founder of Lionship (Sales managers training and mentoring company) , coach and facilitator at different business schools and universities. During the last 7 years has being helping companies in sales tranformation programs. Previously, during 12 years was developing business development and marketing roles in the IT & Communications industry. Nowadays is co-leading the Spanish chapter of the Sales Enablement Society.

From the room to the virtual training. A very different participant/attendant experience. After more than 400 hours training/coaching sales and sales managers virtually since March 2020 I realized that as always, less is more and better. I also noticed, that it’s time to generate scenarios to reflect and to share experiences, feelings and knowledge. It’s never about the content, but really, during these days the content it is not the key. It’s time for the sales teams to acquire new habits and behaviours.
The use of short videos as pre-work and short articles and white papers as post-works are also things that have engage the teams.
