Paul Umpleby

Paul is the Inside Sales and Marketing Director at IMI Precision Engineering responsible for the performance of the global aftermarket division. Operating across 32 countries his main focus has been on driving short sales cycle business through well implemented sales enablement techniques, as well as improving leadership capability. He previously worked for RS Components, has an MBA, and with 14 years of sales leadership experience he has developed a deep understanding of how to maximise the potential of sales teams across diverse markets.
