Peter O'Neill

Peter worked at Forrester Research for 12 years up to October 2017. As Research Director, he led Forrester’s research and advisory for B2B marketing professionals, managing a group of analysts focused on B2B marketing as well as sales enablement in the age of the customer; understanding and navigating the complex sphere of buyer stakeholders; ensuring contextual and relevant content to accelerate the sales process; as well as describing the technology infrastructure to build and support sales relationships.

Based in his home office in Germany, Peter had come to Forrester from META Group, where he advised clients around EMEA. A 40-year veteran of the IT industry, he has extensive experience in IT hardware, software, and services. Prior to joining META, he worked for HP in Germany and the USA for 20 years, holding a number of national and international sales and marketing positions.
